As stated by Sherwyn Morreale, employers emphasise on the importance of graduates being able to communicate well as it is a fundamental skill to possess. In order to secure a position in a company, one has to excel in the job interview and it will be an advantage with clear communication. Having effective communication skills aid in many aspects of the working world by increasing productivity especially where many interactions take place, for example, writing emails, meetings and pitching ideas in or out of an organisation. All in all, graduates should have communication skills as they are very useful in securing a job as well as improve their overall job satisfaction.
